In-Energy is a boutique energy advisory firm founded by Frank Schreurs in 2013. Frank brings over 20 years of hands-on executive experience across oil logistics, refining, and commodity trading — including nearly a decade as a senior executive at Mercuria Energy Trading — and has since led and advised deep tech ventures at the frontier of the energy transition.
His advisory work spans the full energy spectrum: commercial and M&A due diligence on tank terminals and hydrocarbon processing assets; commodity trading risk frameworks for global trading houses; clean fuels strategy and SAF commercialisation; and investor readiness and grant advisory for deep tech scale-ups.
Frank holds a Master from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor's in Technical Business Administration from Fontys Eindhoven. He brings an immediate, active network across trading, infrastructure, clean fuels, and deep tech — and the rare ability to speak credibly to operators, investors, and technologists in the same room.
